Conclave will be held at the Renaissance Inn in Keizer, OR. The address is: 5188 Wittenberg Ln, Keizer, OR, OR 97303.

Note that following on-site check in, the 1st event is a Formal opening at 6:30pm on THURSDAY.  Please be on time in your formal attire.  Chapter banners, other forms of spirit are encouraged...particularly chants during meals.  Afterall, the Conclave Spirit Trophy will be needing a home!

PACKING LIST: Collared shirts, polo shirts, t-shirts (preferably DeMolay apparel!), slacks, suits, ties, dress shoes, black socks, sports attire (sneakers, white socks, etc), theme attire (Italy), rituals, DeMolay pins / merit bars and other DeMolay bling (show off, its ok!), Chapter banners, Chapter perpetual Conclave trophies, DEODORANT (for the sake of everyone), shaving items, swim trunks, etc. Please also bring signed medical release form and media release forms.

Sweetheart packing list: t-shirts, clean jeans, sneakers, dress shoes, skirts, day time dresses, formal dresses, DeMolay shirts, sweetheart handbook, nylons/tight/pantyhose, bathing suit (one piece), nice tops, feminine needs, DEODORANT, other toiletries, etc. Please also bring signed medical release form and media release forms.
