Oregon DeMolay Forms and Online Resources

Online Form 10 Registration form required to be completed and submitted for new members within 10 days of their affiliation.

Online Leadership Correspondance Courses Online or downloadable course for DeMolay self-education for members and adults.

Financial Report Form used for annual financial reports required for each chapter.

Release and Consent Form used when transporting or chaperoning active DeMolays.

DAD Training

Prototype DAD Training: DeMolay Advisor Development Program.  Temporarily suspended for maintenance. 2-12-2012

    This is an online training course for new or prospective advisors and adult volunteers. While under-development it is a useful reference with the basic information and videos from the Advisor Led training programs provided for adult training. The EO in Oregon has authorized use of this training program in its current form as a supplement to regular Advisor Led programs or as an alternative where attendance at a regular Advisor led program is not possible.
